The concept of 'Imagination', With Michael Card (1/3).
Song by Peter
2011. 11. 5. 13:46
We can be beyond our limitation by imagination.
I already felt the importance of imagination about which I wrote an essay on my blog.
( reference : http://www.towards.co.kr/17 )
But,
I've never heard the 'Biblical' Imagination until having hearing from Mr. Card.
It is, I thought, the totally new concept to me that can change my life and relationship with God.
As you can see in movement attached, I've seen my vision through imagination.
If I see my vision by my head, or thought, I cannot but face my limitation,
which means I cannot leave out my limited frame and dimension.
If TOWARDS different dimension I really hope to reach, I should imagine it.
Biblical Imagination is a tool moving my understanding to heart enlightenment.
Biblical Imagination is a frame letting me see Biblical story as not just fact but God's telling to me.
While I thought it, this idea hits me that what's the criteria telling the correct imagination from the wrong one. What's a first order condition of the correct Biblical imagination? That's why I asked Mr. Card and recording it which I'm uploading soon.
Below, Our conversation about imagination.
p.s. I really hope to be a fluent English speaker. !!!
and through meeting Micael Card, I decided to learn English hard again.
It's very sorry not to have a conversation as freely as I want, due to a language.
